Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very nice, modern, and had everything I needed, providing a high level of comfort. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The location was great, although a bit lacking in breeze. The dining experience was good, with a mix of indoor and outdoor seating. The facilities were top-notch with excellent amenities.
My stay at the hotel was like a little piece of paradise. The rooms were amazing, offering the comforts of home with stunning ocean views and close proximity to all resort amenities. It truly felt like a haven after a day on the beautiful white sandy beach and by the pool. However, there were some issues with soundproofing as noises from surrounding rooms could be heard at times.
I couldn't have made a better decision by choosing this resort! The rooms, featured in Buildings #31-34 and showcased in the photos, were better than any beach location I've stayed at before. They're very nice, and the hotel overall is very modern and clean. The view was spectacular, and the staff truly deserve an award for their dedication.
The hotel offers nice and clean rooms, with a slight issue of not very comfortable mattresses. The service is exceptional thanks to the active and friendly staff, particularly Leonor, Lisdiany, Anabel, Ana, and Kathery. The location, despite some areas being less desirable, is conveniently close to the airport and other attractions. The dining experience is a mix of great variety and occasional disappointments. Overall, the facilities are top-notch and well-maintained.
The hotel offers a convenient location near the airport and is surrounded by beautiful greenery, although mosquito repellent is recommended for evening outings. The dining experience is superb with themed meals and live music entertainment, and the staff is attentive and helpful. However, the rooms could be cleaner with issues like long hairs on the floor, and the facilities are still developing but understandable for a new resort.
The hotel offers clean and modern rooms, but excessive humidity could be an issue. The service is exceptional, with a very active and helpful staff. The location, though amazing, may lack a refreshing breeze. Dining is excellent, but some areas can feel too cold. Overall, a value-for-money choice with some room for improvement.
I stayed in a semi-ocean view room on the 2nd floor, enjoying a rain shower, coffee, drinks, and water. The room had a usual Cuban food menu; we loved the shrimp and papaya, though there were lots of long hairs on the floor. One of the few rooms had the closest beach proximity, so we only booked one palapa on our last day.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms offered a decent level of comfort and were quiet, the mattresses could have been more comfortable. The service was amazing, with always helpful and smiling reception employees who went out of their way to assist guests. The location was convenient, away from the airport and with attentive staff always on hand. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with a lovely setup but some areas affected by smoking; however, the variety and skills of the chefs were commendable. The facilities were well-kept and catered to various needs.
The hotel's rooms, although clean and adequate for our needs, are already showing signs of wear due to some design decisions. The service, while generally good, had some forgetful moments. The location offers a beautiful view but might not be worth the premium pricing. The dining experience provided a good variety of dishes, but some were not exceptional.
The hotel rooms were spacious, clean, and lovely, even decorated for my girlfriend's birthday, though a bit small. The service was friendly, with room service available 24/7, but could be more attentive. The location offers beautiful views but may not be worth the higher cost. The dining experience was a mix of well-prepared dishes but not as amazing as expected. The hotel facilities were decent, providing essential amenities for a comfortable stay.
